We have a lot of different phone, email, and address options in NXT that won't necessarily make sense to our donors and just are not things they need to see.

Within Portal setup we should be able to designate the types of each of these areas that the donor can have to choose from. For phone, we can't even have options of fields that are formatted (like Mobile) which would make this so much cleaner if we could. We only have unformatted numbers for International phone types and older phone types and we don't want donors seeing those options.

Allowing them to pick from such large lists in address/email and incorrect options in phone means more cleanup on our part.

This could be a really useful and helpful way to get updated information but definitely needs a little more setup on the back end.
