Add filter in NXT that allows user to exclude

Add filter in NXT that allows user to exclude constituents with an assigned fundraiser "end date"

This would allow a fundraiser to view a list of actively assigned constituents. Currently there is no way to filter out those who have an end date and are no longer actively assigned to the fundraiser.
