Inactive fundraisers do not need to show in NXT Analyze-Actions "Action Assigned to"

When a fundraiser is attempting to filter out "Action Assigned to" in NXT Fundraising-Analyze-Actions they have to filter through fundraisers who no longer work for the organization, or are inactive fundraisers.  BB Product Development indicates this is intentional to provide a view of which actions may need to be reassigned. However this can be accomplished through a simple query in the database. For fundraisers, it makes the process of filtering actions more tedious.

Another option that could be useful would be to have the filter be dynamic.  When you filter by date than have the solicitors list decrease.  If there are no actions for the given person than they no longer appear in the listing (like Amazon) we have done this on our website as well https://fnih.org/what-we-do/biomarkers-consortium/programs
