Easier way of adding a user

It just seems you have to and your new user has to jump through hoops to be a user.  Can we not add them as the admin set up their security and just have them login and set up a password.  Sending invites gets confusing to them.

    Sending invites is a totally unnecessary step. Especially when we have to have the accounts all functional before the user arrives - I have to get mailbox access for every new user and accept it for them, as well as risking breaking my own account. Please do this differently! It's wasting so much time!

    The biggest hurdle we're finding is that I'm sending an invitation to create the blackbaud ID from our RE NXT database, but the new user still has to open the second email to link their ID to that database. Often, they miss that step, and then we can't start training on RE NXT as scheduled because it takes over an hour for the permissions to populate for the ID after walking them through the linking.

    We have been having technical issues with these emails. The last three I have created have been put on a blocked list, and I have to send an email from the users email requesting to be unblocked, wait for a response, RESEND the invite, and then it still doesn't work properly. Then I have to do the "lost password" then it may or may not work, and if not I then have to get customer service involved. Please change this!
