I can't live like this any more. The email signup process adds an hour to my day whenever we have a new user. Why can we not just add a user in the console and have that user exist? There is nothing to be gained by having a confirmation link sent to an email address that I don't have access to unless I add it, and have to stumble through accepting the invite on behalf of a user that is not there yet. It gets me nothing. I should be able to add a user, and have that user log in immediately. Seriously, you are causing us hundreds of pounds of unnecssary labour each month.
