Signup form to allow new subscribers to enews or other email list-serves

I keep thinking I'm just overlooking this functionality but we are still using Online Express to have a "subscribe to our enews" form on our website.

This is really important for us. At the moment we are capturing data through mailchimp and then having to import that data into RE to create new accounts. It seems like it would be quite a straightforward thing to have a sign up form that can be embedded onto our website and then that would create new accounts in RE. Thanks
