pop-up box explaining need to re-link account to DB after reactivating user account

One of my users had become Inactive and I needed to reactivate them. I went in and made their account Active again. However, they were still unable to log in. This is because their account's link to their DB profile had been broken. I'm not sure why making a user's account Inactive also breaks that link - if you can keep the link active, that would solve the problem.


If not, then all I'd recommend is that when you make the user Active, have a pop-up box appear to let the admin know they're going to have to re-link the account to the DB account, perhaps with a link to a KnowledgeBase article.
