We recently ran into an issue where one of our NXT users was locked out of their account due to purchasing a new phone and not having their authenticator app codes backed up. They did not have the backup code saved off and we as account administrators couldn't do anything to help them. We had to reach out to Blackbaud support, which tried to help but it was difficult because they assume you are trying to hack into the account. Multifactor authentication is a great security tool, but when we as administrators can't help users who do get locked out, it feels embarassing and makes it harder for everyone to do their jobs. Please add a feature for admins to remove or reset the multifactor authentication setup for an NXT user.
