Add Delete Users not just mark as Inactive

Being able to delete a user from our site is a basic must-have functionality that for some incomprehensible reason is not available for site admins.  Marking them as Inactive is not enough. There must be an option to delete them even if it means just "hiding" them from our site on Blackbaud's end if Blackbaud wants a historical record.

    Yes please! Or at least be able to disassociate an inactive user's (former) email from their account. I've deleted the user in RE, whyyyy are they still in NXT?

    We have some user accounts in web view that don't allow us to remove the Product Admin designation. This is awkward for accounts where the individual is no longer an employee. We should be able to remove the Product Admin indicator when it's no longer appropriate.

    This also needs to be an option for the Blackbaud.com user accounts. Somehow we've wound up with two user accounts that have the same email address. It's more than a little weird that not even Blackbaud staff can permanently delete user accounts.
