    I agree! This featured needs to be added to NXT Events and NXT Donation Form Designer. I used Greater Giving and that platform had the option for donors to "Increase your impact, by covering the transaction fees." Donations that were 5K would save the non profit $200+ in fees.

    This is an option with Online Express using Smart Donor Cover. But this add on doesn't appear to work with the new NXT forms.

    It is very disappointing that this feature is not available. Our donors would happily cover the processing fee in most cases. We are losing money due to this. This would be a deal breaker for the next time we have to renew our contract.

    I agree completely. My organization uses a different vendor for our online donations that does allow the donor to cover the transaction fees. Even though we do pay a monthly fee for the service, we still net more than we would using Online Express, since close to 90% of our donors elect to pay the fee.
