When I add family relationships to a constituent in NXT, I just add a non-constituent relationship. However, while first/last/suffix/title/address are all options in the pop-up box, former name and preferred name are not. That means I have to save the relationship, open up the relationship in a new tab, THEN edit the name to add former name/nickname. Takes a lot of time when those could be options when adding the relationship in the first place. This would be a huge time saver for me as a prospect researcher.
