Make All Database View Query Operators Available in Lists

Operators like "Between" are not available in the RENEXT web view for lists. While these operators occur in certain places for lists, they do not appear in others. For instance, I have custom ratings that are numerical. I am unable to use the "between" operator in a constituent query.
