It would be super helpful to add the query functions, even if it's an added security permission, for Advanced List Filtering Functions. Firstly, it is imperative that lists eventually have the ability to look at criteria from and "OR" standpoint and not just the "AND" function when picking various criteria parameters. Then, to drill down further, it would be great to have more options in what type of inclusion/exclusion function to use for various parameters such as: equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain, between, not between, begins with, etc. I know this available in Query in Database View, but since workflows and other functions are improving only in RE NXT, I hate having to do static lists that need refreshing manually. We can't use workflows to their full potential when Lists are limited and it's too time-intensive to add each person to a workflow individually.

I would similarly like to see these filtering functions available in the Insights Designer for various measures and attributes.
