List Permissions not dependent on query permissions

Currently, in order to see a list that was shared with you that was built using a query, you must have query rights. It sounded like from the recent PUBs that this is going to be the same way when query is fully available in NXT. We do not want all our users to have query access. In database view, query access is all or nothing.
If a list was shared with a person and they have "view list" rights in NXT, they should be able to view that list regardless of how it was created.

    The ability to view lists created by a query BUT not have the ability to create queries is absolutely essential for members of our advancement team. This is essential to our teams transitioning from Database view to NXT using "Live Lists". We don't want most users to create their own queries where they do not fully understand the data and fields in NXT and pass those queries to others. Please prioritize this option to enable viewing lists created by a query in RENXT without query creation rights. Thank you!
