Currently, unless a user is an admin on RE NXT, they cannot access the Opportunities list functionality.

When trying to assign the permission, we only have the option to assign the actions, constituents and gifts list functionality to our staff; yet, our fundraisers want to use opportunity lists.

The permission needs to be added to the RE NXT so it can be given to the correct security groups.
