Let's say someone contacted Jane Doe about a foundation she represents. They add an "action" to Jane Doe's individual record. But as a grant writer, I want that action in the foundation record. Right now the only way to get it there is to open up Jane Doe's record, read the action, hand-write a copy, open up the foundation's record, and hand-type the action in. Doesn't sound like a big deal? I've got individual records with a dozen actions on them that really belong on a foundation record. Why doesn't Raiser's Edge have a function to copy and paste actions?
