If an action is copied to several records, there should be the ability to view a list of all constituent records the action was copied. Then, if an edit needs to occur to the shared action, you can select which constituents receive the edit to the action - such as a checklist of constituents where you can select all for the edit to apply or select specific constituents for the edit to apply.
