Note/Action added by box

We have multiple people working with the same constituents. We need to be able to track who added information to a file. Therefore it would be useful to have boxes in both the notes and actions  records where the name of the person entering the record can be recorded.

    This would be the Author field in RE:7.  Default to the User adding the Note or Action, but allow the ability to edit when necessary.
