I work at an all boys school and we would love for NXT to give us the ability to email spouses. Our primary constituents are our alumni and we are working hard to engage all individuals (spouses included) who support our organization. Being able connect with spouses in email communications would allow for better-targeted engagement points. Thanks!

Our school would greatly appreciate if NXT could provide the ability to email spouses who do not have their own constituent records. From a school communication standpoint, this functionality would be extremely valuable, as there are several important communications that we would like to share directly with spouses, even when they are not listed as separate constituents.

Having the ability to include spouses in relevant email communications would help ensure that important school information reaches all appropriate family members and would make our communication process much more efficient.

As a school, it would be beneficial to have the ability to email spouses and other relationships within NXT. Spouses often do not have their own constituent records, yet we frequently need to send information to both the primary constituent and their spouse or other non-constituent relationship. We would appreciate the capability to send emails through NXT to both constituents and non-constituent relationships.

This would be a really helpful enhancement for our team. We often have spouses or other relationships who do not have their own constituent record, but who should still be included in certain communications. Being able to email these non-constituent relationships would help us reach the right people without having to create unnecessary constituent records simply for email purposes.

In our records spouses do no have their own constituent records. However many times we would like to include them in emails. It would be very useful to have the ability to send emails to non constituent relationships. In RE through online express we have had that ability. Is there any way to make this happen?

Since Blackbaud charges for the quantity of constituents, we limit adding spouses as constituents. However, a lot of times both spouses want to receive the communications so it would be helpful to be able to have the NXT emails sent to non-constituent relationships. Or at least those coded as the Spouse.

Both the primary and the relationship contact information is needed. Some primary contacts are not as active as their 'relationships' or 'spouses,' and it's very inconvenient that we can't currently include them in our static query contact list.

Yes, we have the same problem. Often, the primary email is info@businessname whereas we need to work with the employees who are Relationships. Right now, you have to go to database to pull the query. There need to be more email options available within NXT.

We specifically need to have the spouse email available to send to, as we have household records. Each parent at our school, for example, should receive all of our emails. It would be perfect if we could upload an excel list of emails to send to. Or, at the very least, be able to send to  the spouse record.

I really can't use this email package without going through all my constituents and adding a spouse email on the primary record holder.  Please add the relationship option like in OLX
