In the NXT Analyze Dashboard you can schedule a report to be sent of a certain campaign, appeal, fund, etc dashboard. This is great if you need to send to colleagues on a regular basis and the data automatically updates in each scheduled email report. However there is no way to manage these email reports and you can't see which ones you have scheduled, make edits to the report constraints, edit recipients, or delete/stop/cancel the report. Right now the only option is for the recipient of the email to click on 'unsubscribe'. It would be great to be able to manage, edit, and delete these reports as needs change.
Yes please! I just learned that the only way to even STOP these automated deliveries is to have the user unsubscribe. But I can't even see who they are going to to alert them. This makes me look VERY unprofessional as a database administrator. The admin should be able to see who gets it, remove people, change frequency, and update the reports! Or at the very least CANCEL the automation and start a new one.
I tried deleting this views from Overview and they are continuing to be sent anyway.
This is extremely important for security. Admins need to be able to manage the information flowing out of Raiser's Edge NXT. Lack of this functionality is a huge issue.
There are several related ideas, all within the RE NXT idea bank, but this applies to FE NXT too:

Given the robust security settings in Raiser's Edge, it seems odd that as an administrator cannot remove access. If a staff member moves departments and should no longer see this type of data, they might not unsubscribe on their own accord.
