Reporting: Add ability to edit scheduled Dashboard Reports

Currently it is impossible to edit/delete a scheduled dashboard report. It requires the recipient to request for the report to be stopped. This can be confusing for the recipient, and if a report is scheduled in error it can create internal havoc. It would be much more effective if the person who scheduled the emailing of the reports could see a master list of the reports scheduled and edit the recipients from the master list. It would also enable the scheduler to change the schedule (day/time) if management makes that request.

(BTW you don't offer Reporting as an Idea Category)

Yes please! I just learned that the only way to even STOP these automated deliveries is to have the user unsubscribe. But I can't even see who they are going to to alert them. This makes me look VERY unprofessional as a database administrator. The admin should be able to see who gets it, remove people, change frequency, and update the reports! Or at the very least CANCEL the automation and start a new one.

I tried deleting this views from Overview and they are continuing to be sent anyway.

This is a big one for us, we need to be able to see what's been scheduled and also be able to edit these.
