Report Showing Scheduled Reports out of NXT

i.e. Appeal Dashboard reports... to be able to edit reports and stop distribution. Also, it is good to be able to see what reports are scheduled or previous reports no longer issuing

    and an Admin needs to be able to edit and delete if that's not already possible.
