Add the ability to auto email newly created | Ideas for RE NXT

Add the ability to auto email newly created dashboards.

While the default dashboards in reporting are helpful it would be great to have the ability to schedule newly created dashboards to email.

I didn't see an area for Reporting so I put this under Work Center
