Allow more than one person at a time in Event module.

Please allow more than one person at a time in the event module making modification.  This was very difficult for us when several of us were trying to keep up with our responses, do seating, or responding with communication.

    RE NXT Events is now Generally Available and does not have the same restrictions as database view in regards to multiple users accessing Events at the same time. Read more about where we're going with RE NXT Events in this blog post: https://community.blackbaud.com/blogs/13/5641.
