When creatin a new action in NXT, you have the option of downloading it as an appointment file. This is a very useful feature for many organisations. However you can only do this one action at a time. You will need to go into each action you individually and download the appointment file.

Our fundraisers have a lot of actions set up for many appointments, and would like to be able to download the many past and future appointments in actions in bulk. This saves time and effort.
