Clarifying "Assign to Me" in New Action entry

NXT users can be easily tripped up by the way "me" is listed after "Assign to:" on the new action entry form.  Seeing "me" already there, it is logical to assume that their name will be assigned to the action.  But they need to click on "me" for their name to be added.  Could "me" be replaced by "[click for your name]" or something similar?  It would save us from going back to search for the proper assignments.

Can there be an option for just automatically assigning the action to you when you create it?

Additionally, the location of the "assign" is in a location where you have to scroll to find it.

It is REALLY EASY to complete the task and date and then click save, forgetting to assign the action to yourself or others.

I was demonstrating Opportunities to one of our VPs yesterday and I knew about clicking on "me" to add it, and it STILL trippedd me up. It's difficult to see clearly that the "me" isn't already assigned, and the assignment box below is so pale that it sort of fades out and the bright blue "me" dominates, like it's already selected. Honestly there are several minor design flaws in RE that hamper the UX and this is one. I wish they'd get more accessibility folks to review the web design.
