By default the RE NXT Outlook plug in automatically remembers the last Assigned Fundraiser you used when adding an Action. This means the next time you go to use it for another email to a different constituent it retains the Assigned Fundraiser used previously. Although this seems like a good idea it has actually led to many constituent actions with incorrect assigned fundraisers as staff forget to review this. A potential easy solution would be to have Assigned Fundraiser already expanded out so you can clearly see the names being linked to the action. Currently it requires the user to click into it to view which they do not always do.
