Allow the addition of industry when creating an organisational record in nxt

This is available when creating an organisation in database view but not web view. We occasionally do events and segmented communications targeted at constituents in a particular industry (Law/Education/Finance) and it would be great if we could add that level of detail from nxt.

    Absolutely agree, it undermines the efficiency of NXT as it is an important field for segmentation.

    We always use industry type for segmenting mailers and it really helps the fundraisers when promoted specific campaigns. It seems bizarre that NXT doesn't have this capability.
