When someone selects a country such as "Barbados" or "Germany" it should automatically filter out provinces/states form other countries and only show ones for the country selected. This is standard on other sites throughout the web, and should be here. It is horrible to go on as a donor and have hundreds of abbreviations (in short form ugh) to sift through and it is confusing.
