I'd like to be able to create a general giving form we can use where we can list giving areas available. Once the donor selects an area to donate to, then we would link certain funds to those areas that they could select. It would probably be great if we could filter it down 2 levels (i.e. Giving Area: Athletics, then a 2nd giving area of Women's Sports, and then the specific sports available. In order to make this work, we'd probably need to be able to have a "display as" option for the funds being included so we can use shorter or more descriptive names than the actual Fund description/ID in Raiser's Edge (i.e. Patriot Club - Women's Basketball could be displayed as Women's Basketball).

Giving Form Example:

In the "I want to support" area we would list something like....

  College of Arts & Sciences

• ☐

  College of Business

• ☐

  College of Education & Psychology

• ☐

  College of Nursing

• ☐

  College of Pharmacy

Then depending on what was checked, the fund options would appear. If I selected Athletics, then the options available might be Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Men's Track & Field, Women's Track & Field, Baseball, Softball, etc.

It would probably be easier to achieve if we had more ability to design the giving form using checkboxes and buttons instead of a huge dropdown menu. I'd like to be able to design something we could use as our main form without having to create multiple forms.
