NXT's work center needs to be able to filter by Head of Household. Each married couple assigned a solicitor has a designated primary prospect (entered as Head of Household in raisers edge). Solicitors need to be able to filter on Head of Household in NXT, to see a true list of their portfolios as well as Needs Attentions to display properly. Otherwise solicitors see the secondary spouse in the Needs Attention list when the couple has been properly addressed. Want to make this as easy as possible to use for the solicitors. They should not have to enter Actions for both spouses for this to display properly.
