Add Organization Name as a stand alone column
All fields should be displayable in NXT lists. All fields should also be filterable. For example there is no way to display Organization as a standalone column in a list.1

Do not mark email addresses as "do not email" when they unsubscribe, instead add a consent record/solicite code.
Marking email addresses as "do not email" can confuse a user into thinking the constituent doesn't what to be email when in reality they just don't want to recieve bulk emails like newsletters. Have the system use the "unsubscrive" to add a consen...2 Planned

Allow customization of columns in Giving History tile in NXT
Users should be able to see campaigns, appeal, packages - or other pertinent info - in the Giving History tile in NXT instead of just the fund.6

import and send emails to lists of non-constituents
I would love to be able to send messages to lists of people that are not constituents. The ability to import a csv or xl list would be very helpful, rather than requiring everyone to be a constituent in order to include them on and email list.3

Search attached documents

Apply gifts as pledge payments in RE NXT (web view) - only doable in databse view now
The process is in geenral more seamless in the web view, which is where we are adding most of our gifts anyways. When other staff have to be trained development tasks, having them do this in web view would be more user-friendly.7

Add a status field for the action for workflow designer
Currently the status field is empty when creating actions in the workflows. One then has to go in and set the status to open or closed. This defeats the purpose of saving time by mass adding the actions in this way.1 Reviewed: Voting Open
