Make Active Recurring Gifts and Pledges more obvious on Constituent Records

We love the new Giving History pane in RE NXT, and it does make it easier to work with gifts.

We have a very active Regular Giving program and make extensive use of the Pledge functionality as well. In Database View we can make use of the Legend options to make Recurring Gifts and Pledges very obvious when viewing the Gift pane.

Would it be possible to make Recurring Gifts and Pledges more obvious when viewing a constituent record? Either by highlighting them in a particular colour, or even introducing a separate area that only lists active Recurring Gifts and Pledges?

 

Additionally, the "Gift Status" field is not available as a column option when Working with gifts.

    We have recently updated our procedures for cancelling recurring gifts in RE NXT (Handy when Database view is unavailable) and I'm reminded this this is still SERIOUSLY difficult to get to an Active Recurring Gift from the constituent record. There isnt even an option to show a column that indicates the Gift Status field when you're working with Gifts.


    We also still cannot work with the Gift Status field in Insight Designer.
