Create list based off solicit code dates

Would like to review solicit codes based on date ranges so we don't get records in the system with old codes that should be removed.  We plan on reviewing codes every 3-5 years based on the code and a list would allow us to do this.

      To and From dates are avaialable within webview, but we cannot export any information around this because the fields are not available in query or export. Making these available fields would be extremely helpful in reivews.

      This is especially helpful for donors who specifically request a break in communications, or have some manner of family emergency and request that they are not contacted.

      For example, in our last CRM we would code relationships of deceased records with solicit codes with a preset end date, so we're not asking someone for money after a releative dies.
