Ability to view the honeycomb on ALL sent emails.
Currently you can only see the honeycomb on "Recent emails". When clicking on "View all sent emails" you no longer have this option. It is nice to be able to see the additional options with percentages, etc.3

Enable sent emails to be viewed without copying
There is currently no way to view the content of sent emails without copying and creating a new draft.0

NXT should give the option of Salutations and not just Title and First Name Surname
People such as Reverends with titles as Mr will always be incorrect on ours, if we use NXT to send emails. Raiser's Edge Database view makes this possible, NXT should do the same otherwise we can't send using NXT and merge.1

Copy automatically an email from outlook straight into action tab of constituent including CC, BCC, and attachments.
You can see the complete action taken, who else was involved and any attachments you sent without reaching back into someone's old email archive, such as an old staff member.0

Cannot add bullet points or other formatting in Email through NXT
There should be the ability to add bullet points, numbered lists, etc. in emails. Right now it appears the only formatting possible are bold, italics and underline.0
