NXT should give the option of Salutations and not just Title and First Name Surname

People such as Reverends with titles as Mr will always be incorrect on ours, if we use NXT to send emails. Raiser's Edge Database view makes this possible, NXT should do the same otherwise we can't send using NXT and merge.
