Enable sent emails to be viewed without copying
There is currently no way to view the content of sent emails without copying and creating a new draft.

I have an issue with a link that was used in an email. I cannot see the email unless I copy it. I don't want to copy the email and have it clutter up things just so that I can inspect the links that were used in the email. I am not the one who sets up the emails which is another reason why I don't want to copy the email. But I do need to be concerned with some of the links that might be and are used in the emails that are sent.
