Reason for constituent being made inactive

Add ability to re-order Constituent Codes to identify Primary in a hierarchy.

Allow custom fields for existing addresses in RE NXT
Attributes appear on address records in database view - but this information does not show on RENXT. Viewing of constituent records is done primarily in RENXT therefore we should be able to see all attributes/custom fields.3

If the solicitor/fundraiser assingement is closed remove from under constituent name
Currently directly below a constituent's name is the list of their assigned fundraisers. Once the relationships are closed it'd be helpful to remove those non-current (past) assignments.0

Add degree to the view of the Education
Right now you can't see the degree someone received in NXT. This is very important for higher education foundations. As of now, we have to go to database view to see this.0

NXT only shows 4 pages for actions
NXT is limited to show only 4 pages of actions and notes, which may be confusing for some fundraisers. There is also not an indication that there is only 4 pages as when you are on the 4th page the arrow to go to the next page is still there.8

Rename "Former name" in NXT
