Easier way of adding a user
It just seems you have to and your new user has to jump through hoops to be a user. Can we not add them as the admin set up their security and just have them login and set up a password. Sending invites gets confusing to them.3

Enable administrators to see all who are logged in and log them out individually or all at the same time.
Administrators should do some functions, per KnowledgeBase, with no one else logged in. But we can't see if anyone is logged in.0
