We just spent over 30 minutes trying to reset passwords for the blackbaud hosting / citrix sign in. The system doesn't alert you when the password you are entering doesn't meet the criteria, so it will save it and when you try to log in and it takes you to the Change password upon first login, and it fails, you don't know if it was the password you just changed or the new one you just entered that has the problem, or what the problem is! Also, in the requirements list it doesn't tell you it can't be one of your past 24 passwords.
Oh my gosh THIS!!! I cannot tell you the hours of frustration our team has collectively encountered when changing hosting passwords. Blackbaud has done a very poor job with assisting users with password resets. PLEASE make this better.
