Add written off pledges as an option in gift list filters so we can remove them when desired. Or, at least make it more apparent that you are looking at a written off pledge on the main list.
It's very weird that in a Gift or even a Constituent list, things like "Greatest Gift", etc., include written off pledges, but the TOTAL doesn't. Likewise, you can't see the written off amount, and if you go to the constituent's gift tile, the written off pledge isn't included in the Total giving summary.
This has been a confusing point for all of my gift officers as I teach them how to use Lists, and I don't understand why. We always remove WO from filters in the database reporting, they should be removed in the web view, too.
