Add the option to filter on gift status and add gift status as a column option in NXT lists

When running gift lists, we would like to be able to exclude "terminated" gifts/pledges. We don't count these pledges in our fundraising numbers. Or if we were able to export the gift status from lists, we could easily remove those records from a spreadsheet.

- Add pledge status to Gift List Column in RE NXT web view
- Add Recurring Gift Status and Gift Status Date as column and filter for gift lists

It would be great if we could also filter by gift status on NXT dashboard as well.

Yes! This has become even more important now gifts can be edited and automated in NXT.
