It would be useful to be able to change the action category in the Outlook Blackbaud add-in. At times this is a follow-up email summarizing a visit so it would be nice to change the category to "Meeting" vs. "Email."

It would also be helpful to have the ability to search for an action that was already created to reduce duplication and flooding the action section with emails.
