Migrate Attachments when a Constituent is Merged

Presently, if two constituent records are merged in RE Classic, any NXT attachments on the deleted constituent record are lost.

We are planning to complete and improve web view merge as the primary merge mechanism in RENXT

This could be a potential disaster! Similar to if you have to restore the database, you lose all Attachments. Very risky, and at my last org, this is why I continued to keep an archive of files that had been added to RE.
