Merging constituents between RE and NXT

When merging constituents from NXT to RE, all information does not merge.  Need to figure out a way so that all information comes over and is not lost.

    Yes, we should be able to merge a record in one fell swoop from one view and all data is included. There is info that exists in the web view that is lost if you merge the records in the database view, and vice versa. This is unacceptable.

    Please include the education information.  This is important data and needs to be included in the merge.  The current workarounds are time consuming.  It worked fine in the database view, why not included in NXT.

    The merge data tool needs to merge education record.  We have duplicates when an alumni undertakes an additional course.  Will stick with the database view
