Any information captured in the donation form needs to be included in the gift receipt and gift profile.
Currently the attributes are only shown in the constituents profile and not the gift profile. This means we do not receive all the responses on the donation form and are losing valuable information we are trying to track and capture.

This idea makes a lot of sense-- it should be intuitive that all the data asked on a donation form is captured and sent back to the organization. Why are we losing donation form functionality?
