Enable Copy Event in Raiser's Edge, INCLUDING the online reg form Merged

Currently, we can copy an event using the database view, but it does not copy the online registration form! That is where the majority of the work is. Please allow us to copy a former event in it's entirety!

    Yes, this! We frequently have nearly identical events and would love to copy the event, the registration form, the confirmation email... Having event templates would be superb, but just being able to copy the whole thing would be grand.
