You currently cannot view GL Distributions in RE NXT and I've been told by support that there is no plan at the moment to include it and to submit it as an idea. In RE you can view GL Distributions on a specific fund as well as at the gift level but when RE goes away, how will I view them then. Please add the ability to view these in RE NXT.
The GL distributions are an integral part of our processes. Our accounting team has migrated to Financial Edge NXT completely and would be helpful to have this feature available for us to access in RE NXT.
we need to be able to see GL distributions by gifts as well as funds. please do bring this feature over to WV
This feature is vital. We require this field to reliably transfer donations to the correct funds and to run fund analytics over the fiscal quarters and years.
We need the ability to add the general ledger account numbers, this is a very important process we need in RE NXT
Ensuring we don't have to cover more than one touchpoint for basic operations is so important in our effectiveness, especially with our next campaign almost upon us!
Oh, come on. You need to improve this product or many institutions will start looking to save by cutting BB and building what they need on their own on other platforms they already pay for.
This is critical. So much for a total web solution. Is this on the FE roadmap?
The GL distributions are an integral part of our process and a requirement for our finance office as well as reporting during our campaign.
wondering how exactly you would set up a fund with the GLdistribution once DB view is discontinued...
If there is no plan to include it AND they are sunsetting Db view....what exactly is the plan?
This need to be a requirement and is critical for the finance department.
Critical function: required to feed to an external financial system
Necessary for the financial side and info sharing with other University departments
This is a terrific idea and would be very helpful.
Absolutely required
This would be so helpful!
Definitely necessary!
This seems like a great idea!
