At the moment, if someone unsubscribes from email via a Raisers Edge email, it updates their constituent record in a couple of ways, including switching the constituent code from email opt in to email opt out (see screen grab). However, when people re-subscribe, it doesn't update the solicit code on the constituent record (i.e. reverting them to opt-in on solicit codes). Now whilst these records can now receive emails again, they are unlikely to be included in any Lists etc if you filter out those with an email opt out solicit code. If NXT is clever enough to flag records when folks opt out, can it be clever enough to flag records when they opt back in?
