"Bug Report" feature

I know this is pretty radical but WHAT IF Blackbaud provided its users with the ability to submit a report of some kind when they experience glitches with basic functionality.. a "bug report", if you will, instead of just having to throw it into "ideas", a void of countless duplicate-ridden feature requests?

Because "hey what if your existing functionality worked properly" probably shouldn't go in the same category as "hey here's a shiny new thing I want" or be subject to a vote in order to be a priority.

    I can't agree with Danny enough! I agree that the Idea Bank for actual ideas is great... check with the community, see if other people also need this feature. But when it doesn't work as expected/advertised or its deficiencies render it useless, it's really deflating to be told by Blackbaud to "add it to the Idea Bank".

    Here's an idea... make the product features work as advertised. Seems like a surefire way to get frustrated "ideas"
